Recipe Serves Four (4)

Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 10 min Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Texas T Kobe Ground Beef

  • 1 Egg

  • Weber's Gourmet Burger Seasoning

  • Garlic (1 Clove)

  • Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 Egg

  • Salt/Pepper

Directions:

  • Place thawed ground beef into large mixing bowl

  • Add 1 egg, 1 finely-diced clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons of Weber's seasoning, 1/4 cup of Worcestershite sauce, a dash of salt and pepper

  • Mix well by hand

  • Form into desired patty sizes (1/2 lb patties recommended)

  • Warm 12-inch skillet with either butter or olive oil to grease the pan

  • Cook patties to desired temperature (medium recommended)

  • Serve with desired sauces and toppings

  • Enjoy
